Amish quilts have always fascinated me - She was quite taken with their simplistic beauty, their stunning use of solid color fabrics, and their history. In 2024, She was fortunate to see an exhibit of such quilts at a museum. There was an amazing Broken Star quilt right at the entrance that just drew me in and she knew she wanted to try to capture its beauty in a cross stitch design.
