We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, you will need to call us with your order or e-mail it to We will hold your order until your payment clears, which can take 2 to 3 weeks.

Return Policy

Please make your selections carefully, as we do not accept the return of any patterns, books, opened kits or fibers. Similarly, all overstock, sale and special order items can not be returned. You must contact us for advance authorization to return any other items. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any returned goods if they are not pre-authorized by us. If an item is returned, we will charge a 15% restocking charge and return freight will not be reimbursed. Any returned merchandise must be packed so that it arrives back to us in resalable condition – ie, it must be free of cigarette, perfume and other odors, pet hair, food stuffs and the like. We will not grant any refund or in-store credit for items not returned in resalable condition. If you receive defective merchandise, please notify us immediately upon your receipt of it so that we may authorize its return. We will credit you the purchase price of any item that has an obvious defect upon our receipt of it. Please include a copy of your sales receipt with any return you make.

Shipping Policy

We ship most orders of in stock items within 48 hours of receipt, but reserve the right to hold an order if one or more items are out of stock so that we can send a complete order to you. If your order contains backordered items, we will notify you by e-mail. In our discretion, we may then send you a partial order and fulfill the backordered item later at our shipping expense. We ship via U.S. Mail.

*Important: We can not be responsible for packages shipped internationally once they leave our local post office. International mail is frequently subject to delays. Please e-mail us if you wish to add express mail and/or insurance to your shipment, and we will bill those items to you at their actual cost before shipping your package.
